Experience a path of regeneration in our wellness center.

The wellness experience at Bio Hotel Brusago begins in the spacious wellness center. Here you will find the quiet solarium, where you can let yourself be caressed by the warm rays of the sun before plunging into the pool for a relaxing bath. The water is heated, and inside the pool you’ll also find the bubbling whirlpool.

The experience then continues along the Kneipp path, in the experience showers, the salt room, and the saunas: the very hot Finnish sauna, the colorful aromatherapy sauna, and the steam room. Choose one of five different wellness pathways to invigorate body and soul, melt away stress, or experience intense emotions in contact with water.

We kindly ask you to carefully observe these rules for your own comfort and that of others. Anyone who fails to comply may be politely asked to leave the Wellness Center.

PRIVACY: We kindly ask our guests to maintain behavior consistent with our commitment to offering an atmosphere of harmony and relaxation. Please keep your voice low and calm, avoid running, and refrain from using mobile phones.

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 are welcome in the pool area if accompanied by an adult, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. For small children, we kindly ask that special swim diapers be used. Beauty treatments and the use of SPA cabins are not permitted for guests under 16 years of age. We ask parents to supervise their children and help them respect the peaceful atmosphere of the wellness area.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY: Before entering the Wellness Center and pools, it is mandatory to take a warm shower and use foot disinfectant. Wearing a swimming cap is compulsory in the pool. Please do not dive into the pools but use the stairs provided for entering and exiting. For obvious reasons, we ask you not to consume food near the pools, in changing rooms, or in the SPA cabins. Please do not bring glass bottles or glasses into any area of the Wellness Center. In the SPA, it is mandatory to use a towel in the saunas and to enter the cabins without slippers, leaving them outside. In the saunas, guests must be without swimwear or wear the special sauna costume available at the hotel.

After dinner, the wellness center at Bio Hotel Brusago is transformed into an exclusive private SPA in Trentino, at the complete disposal of couples who wish to enjoy a regenerating experience inspired by the nature of the Altopiano di Pinè. The experience lasts two hours, costs €200 and includes:

access to the pool with whirlpool;

access to the saunas;

SPA kit that includes sauna towel, bathrobe, slippers;

sparkling wine bubbles, fruit skewer and chocolates.

Open in both summer and winter, it consists of the Finnish wood-fired sauna, the fragrant hay sauna that strengthens the immune system and relieves rheumatic and muscular pain, the panoramic sauna, and the heated whirlpool overlooking the surrounding mountains.
