Inspired by our ancestor Antonio, Osteria dei Tòni is the restaurant of Bio Hotel Brusago where we pamper your palate, letting you discover the typical cuisine of our territory.

We believe that food is a powerful vehicle of knowledge. There is no better and tastier way than savoring the aromas and flavors of a territory to discover its culture and history.

To encourage this encounter between the guests who choose Bio Hotel Brusago for their vacation on the Pinè Plateau and our land, we work closely with local producers. In this way we are sure to have a positive impact on our community and be able to bring high quality ingredients to the table every day.

It is with these products that we bring to life a cuisine rich in flavors and aromas, enhancing the recipes of the ancient gastronomic tradition of Trentino.

The early bird catches the pleasure: breakfast at Bio Hotel Brusago.

At the Bio Hotel Brusago the journey into the flavors of the territory begins from the early morning, at the rich breakfast buffet that invites you to eat. In fact, every morning in the breakfast room you’ll find a selection of sliced meats and cheeses from Trentino, the organic corner with cereals and honey from the company Gocce d’Oro from the nearby village of Piazze, various types of homemade bread, a roundup of hot croissants, mustards and tarts, yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit juices, infusions, coffee and the corner dedicated to the preparation of centrifuges and juices.

Every detail is designed to give you energy, well-being and pleasure from the very start of the day!

Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am, but if you like to take it easy you can have a quick breakfast until 12 noon in the hotel bar.

Lunch and dinner at Osteria dei Tòni

Dedicated to the memory of our ancestor Antonio, it is in the restaurant of the Bio Hotel Brusago that we serve lunch and dinner where the genuine aromas and flavors of the local tradition take center stage. Here, every day at lunch we serve five different menus, one of which is made using only zero-mileage ingredients including, in summer, the fresh and tasty vegetables grown in our garden.

At dinner, on the other hand, the typical dishes of Trentino gastronomy dominate the scene, such as the soft canederli (dumplings) and the succulent and very sweet venison tagliata, enhanced in contrast by the sour flavor of the blueberry sauce. Accompanying each dish are the best wines of Trentino.

The restaurant in Brusago Osteria dei Tòni is also open by reservation to outside customers, both for lunch and dinner.
