• Check-in: the rooms are available starting from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of arrival after 6.00 pm please inform the reception.
• Check-out: the rooms remain available until 10.00 on the day of departure.
• Late check out: upon request and availability it will be possible to use the room after 10.00 am on the day of departure by contacting the reception (extra cost of €100.00 per room; in addition to the room the cost also includes access to the bio spa).
• Early departure: in case of early departure or late arrival, the amount relating to the number of unused stays minus 20% will be charged.
• Offers and discounts: offers and discounts cannot be combined.
• Tourist tax: for adults and children from 14 years of age the tourist tax is €2.50 per person per day. Children up to 13 years old do not pay the tourist tax.

Please book appointments at our beauty spa well in advance to avoid the risk of finding all the available spaces occupied.

We also recommend punctuality: in case of delay the duration of the treatment will be reduced, also compromising the related benefit.

Any cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise 50% of the cost of the requested service will be charged.

We accept dogs and small animals (max 20 kg).

Expected supplement €15.00 per day. Bio Hotel Brusago is not liable for damage caused to things or people by the animals hosted there, for which their owners are fully responsible. Access to the restaurant and wellness center is not granted.

The cost of final cleaning of the room is €40.00.
